How do I create an account?

Click "Join Now" in the navigation menu, enter your full name, phone number, and password. You'll be logged in automatically.

What if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your phone number. If an email is on file for your account, a reset token is sent to it — enter the token along with your new password to regain access.

Shopping & Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, then go to checkout to enter your delivery address and choose a payment method. You'll get order updates on your registered phone number.

How can I track my order?

Go to My Orders from your account menu to see the status of current and past orders.

What if an item is out of stock?

Out-of-stock items are clearly marked in the shop. Check back later or contact us to ask about restocking timelines.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. Choose your preferred method at checkout.

Is there a limit on Cash on Delivery orders?

Yes, COD is capped per TCS courier policy for orders shipped outside Sukkur. If your order total is above the limit, choose an online payment method (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank transfer) instead — the exact cap is shown at checkout if your order exceeds it.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

The minimum order amount is Rs. 1,000. Orders below this threshold cannot be delivered.

What are the delivery charges?

In Sukkur, our own riders deliver at a low fuel-cost-based fee. Outside Sukkur, charges vary by province and are calculated via TCS rates at checkout — the exact charge is shown once you select your area/city.

How long does delivery take?

Within Sukkur, our riders deliver same-day in 1–4 hours after your order is placed (10 AM–10 PM daily), or the next day for orders placed later. Outside Sukkur, TCS courier delivers in 1–6 working days depending on province. You'll be contacted on your registered phone number to confirm delivery timing.
